Bulgaria Property Action Group Seminars in May
Pamella East of the Bulgaria Property Action Group has been in touch to say that the organisation is to hold a seminar in Dublin on May 28th and possibly May 29th.
The seminars will be held in Dublin at a venue to be confirmed.
If you’ve got property in Bulgaria that hasn’t been going according to plan then you need to speak with Pamella. I’ll put more information on this seminar on the site when I get it.

Hi have you heard of TJ developments they were suppose to build the moy holiday village in kavarna in 2006 but nothing happpened and they still have our deposits could you please check this out?

i have had a deposit payed on an apartment in the Moy holiday village since 2006
has this development been sold to Russians or not?
How do i go about getting my money back
i have been unable to contact either of the developers for a while now
Myself and my husband put a deposit on two apartments in the Moy Holiday Village, with TJ Developments, their selling agent was Willie Egan from Athlone, I also have two other friends who invested smaller amounts on the same project. I can get no information or help in anyway, I contacted my solicitor but still got no response from developers, Any ideas as to where to go from here??

any more news have not been able to contact John Schloar and now his number is no longer in use.
Just a thought but if they sold to russains or someone else and the people that have deposits did not get there money back then the new owners should contact us to see if we want to complete or give them permission to sell our apartments on and return our deposit
