The press release for the show is as follows:
Those with a curiosity about property overseas may be interested to know that the exhibition offshoot of the enduringly popular TV programme, ‘A Place in the Sun’ is due to pay a visit to Ireland on the weekend of September 26th and 27th, 2020. For the first time it will bring its new and exciting ‘Property Showcase’ format to the RDS in Dublin 4.
Fan favourite presenter, Jasmine Harman (pictured), will be present at the exhibition on both days, giving a seminar on buying overseas. She will also have a meet and greet with those who wish to speak with her.
‘Property Showcase’ is a boutique overseas property event with thirty exhibitors presenting the latest selection of property available in some of the overseas destinations most popular with Irish buyers. These include Spain, France, Portugal, Cyprus, Italy, Turkey and Florida in the US. Visitors can get expert information and specific details on the purchase process, latest property pricing and how to go about buying the right way.
Seminars on Saturday run from 10.30am and include ‘How to buy an overseas property’ by the aforementioned ‘A Place in the Sun’ presenter Jasmine Harman. There are also informative seminars on both days on buying/living in Portugal, Spain and France. On Saturday there is an additional seminar on buying/living in Cyprus and on Sunday this extra feature is on the state of Florida in the USA.
